Different Sizes of Hearts ....

Revised Pattern

Crochet Solid Heart

Small Heart
Chain 6

Row 1: in the next CH from the hook work 1 SC in ea CH across. (5 single crochet total)


Row 2-5: CH 1, turn, 1 SC in ea ST across. (5 single crochet total)

Leaving your yarn connected, you will work the 2 curved sections of the heart.
Edge Shape: CH1, work the next stitches at the center of the square (See Diagram) 1DC, CH1 (6 times) in the same space, CH 1, SL ST in the corner stitch, CH 1, 1DC, CH1 (6 times) in the center of the square in the same space. CH 1 Slip Stitching corner stitch.

The green heart shows the reverse single crochet edging. The pink heart shows a picot edging.

Medium Heart #7 Hook
Chain 8

Row 1: in the next CH from the hook work 1 SC in ea CH across. (7 single crochet total)


Row 2-7: CH 1, turn, 1 SC in ea ST across. (7 single crochet total)

Leaving your yarn connected, you will work the 2 curved sections of the heart.

Large Heart #7 Hook
Chain 12

Row 1: in the next CH from the hook work 1 SC in ea CH across. (11 single crochet total)


Row 2-7: CH 1, turn, 1 SC in ea ST across. (11 single crochet total)

Leaving your yarn connected, you will work the 2 curved sections of the heart.
Edge Shape: CH1, work the next stitches at the center of the square (See Diagram) 1TC, CH1 (12 times) in the same space, CH 1, SL ST in the corner stitch, CH 1, 1TC, CH1 (12 times) in the center of the square in the same space. CH 1 Slip Stitching corner stitch.
   The pink heart shows a picot edging.
